Because many of our items are made to order or crafted uniquely for you, our return policy differs from a standard retail store. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Size Issues — We Do Not Accept Returns
All of our clothing listings include a size chart and/or a photo of the garment on a model. Please measure yourself carefully and compare before ordering — we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged in transit or has a defect in the garment or printing, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with photos clearly showing the issue. If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will resend the item or issue a refund — no need to ship anything back.
Please note that our products are handmade and/or printed to order. Minor natural variations in color, texture, or finish are not considered defects — they are part of what makes each piece unique. If you’re unsure what to expect, feel free to message us before ordering.
Lost or Misdelivered Packages
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the postal carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or misdelivered by the postal service. If this happens, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
No Returns On:
- Sale items, clearance, or anything marked “B grade” or discounted due to a known defect
- Custom orders or items that have been altered
These sales are final under all circumstances.
Refund Processing
Once your claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider. In some cases we may offer store credit as an alternative.
Gifts
If your item was a gift and arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with your order information. Approved claims on gift orders will be issued as store credit to the recipient.
Shipping
We ship internationally through our Etsy shop. If you need expedited shipping or are ordering multiple items and want better rates, reach out — we’re happy to work something out.
